  • Every 200 points can redeem for discount at 100 Baht or member can use points for redeem special gift.
  • Membership will receive special privileges in birth month
  • Reward points are valid for 2 years from the year of purchase of the product / service. The expired points will be deducted at the end of the year of the expiration.
  • Reward points for each card CANNOT be transferred or combined with other card.
  • Accumulate spending of 10,000.- within 1 year from the date of registration to upgrade to ZEN Group SUPER membership with 2 years renewal
  • ZEN Group Card is valid for 2 years from the date of registration. Existing members can renew their membership card in advance 1 month before the card expires.

  • The ZEN Group Member card is the company's membership card provided by ZEN Corporation Public Company Limited that can be used to collect points at ZEN Japanese Restaurant, On the Table, AKA and Din's in every branches. For every 25 baht spent, receive 1 reward point to enhance privileges for members.
  • The online membership only available on LINE@ZENGroupTH and Application ZEN Group Member only

  • Second type is ‘SUPER’ with extra benefits on birth month and welcome gifts upon register. Registration fees at THB 99.- available at any branches
  • Third type is ‘MAX’ with 10% discount on regular menu. Free upgrade only SUPER members who accumulate spending at THB 20,000 within 2 years of membership
How do I apply for a ZEN Group Membership?
  • Application fees at THB 99.- for ZEN Group SUPER Membership with 2 years valid. Available at ZEN Japanese Restaurant, On the Table, AKA and Din’s every branches or online channels via Web https://www.zengroup.co.th/sookciety , Line @ZengroupTH and application ZEN Group Member
  • ZEN Group Member PLUS is Free. Apply via LINE @ZengroupTH and application ZEN Group Member only

How can the ZEN Group Member be used to collect points?
  • Just present the barcode ZEN Group Member via Application to staff before the payment. The points will accumulate and update within 24 hrs.
How can members check their points?
  • The points history can be checked via ZEN Group Member Application
Which channels can members redeem points? and how to use coupons?
  • Member can redeem points via Line @ZengroupTH and Application ZEN Group Member
  • When redeem points for a discount coupon, coupon will go to My Coupon page.
  • Once the coupon is applied, there will be 15 minutes before the code expires.
How can ZEN Group Member be upgraded?
  • ZEN Group Member PLUS level, when accumulated spending of 10,000 baht within the membership age will be upgraded to a Super member
  • ZEN Group Member SUPER level, when accumulated spending of 20,000 baht within the membership age. will be upgraded to a Max member
How can I renew my membership card?
  • ZEN Group members ‘PLUS’ can use 20 points to renew their membership card 1 month before the card expires.
  • ZEN Group Members ‘SUPER’ can use 100 points or pay 50 baht to renew at ZEN Japanese Restaurant, On the Table, AKA and Din's all branches. Membership card can be renewed 1 month before the card expires.
  • ZEN Group Member, MAX level, when the total amount of spending reaches 20,000 baht, the system will renew for another 2 years, but if the total amount is not accumulated within 2 years, the member will be downgraded to the MAX level and will be valid for 2 years.
How to access the ZEN Group Member application?
  • To log in, the customer must fill in the mobile phone number registered for membership only.
How can I edit or update my personal information?
  • Customers can edit or update their information via the ZEN Group Member application, except for phone numbers and date of birth that must be amended via ZEN Japanese Restaurant, On the Table, AKA and Din's in every branch, or call 02-019-5000.
